Day two and still on a roll!!!

Well, today marks the second day for me. Yesterday I kind of went over the calorie intake, but it was still less that I normally eat. Today I have done well, but I'm feeling those night time munchies coming on...yikes! I saved 1 cup of grapefruit for later, so maybe I will get through the carb withdraw tonight! I'm going to put myself on a schedule for nights, kind of like a little kid...haha. Lights out at by 10pm! See you all tomorrow and remember:

I just finished day 20! Just take it one day at a time. I find that some are a whole lot easier than others!0
