Getting started again, 50+ pounds anyone?

I started this journey at 235 pounds and am down to 205. I would really like to lose about 50-60 more. Add me as a friend if you would like to take this journey with me! I'm friendly and always trying new recipes.

Chicken ( pre cooked from Costco ) and cannelini bean salad. Chop chicken, rinse beans, add chopped red onion, tomato, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper. Other seasoning if desired. High in protein and low in calories. I'm down 20 lbs and have at least 50 to go!
