Motivation

I know we are all here as we are all on a weight loss journey / Healthy lifestyle journey in one way or another , I also have another source of motivation I want to do the Kakoda track in 2015 once my children are old enough to stay home on there own ( and be trusted well that may be questionable) Any way this motivates me and keeps me going forward : Kakoda Track is known as one of the world’s most challenging and spectacular treks, the Kokoda Track (also known as the Kokoda Trail) is 96 kilometres of history, hills and mud. it also has a story of ‘Courage’, ‘Endurance’, ‘Mateship’ and ‘Sacrifice’ ( does this not cover every one here :Courage’, ‘Endurance’, ‘Mateship’ and ‘Sacrifice’ on your day to day journey WELL that is my motivation and Inspiration I hope you all have something you Look forward too also :smile:
