Being Brave, Confronting How I Got Here

I have a history of keeping my feelings and struggles to myself (or maybe to my fridge is more accurate). I grew up being bullied as far back as I can remember and I was always afraid of being judged as a result. But that is one of the many things that got me here that I am trying to fix. The low point that led me to weight loss was actually getting sick - very sick- from being so incredibly overweight and dealing with the consequences has been the hardest thing I've ever gone through. Yet even that I kept mostly to myself. So today I wrote a blog post to share with the MFP world that's 1 part success story and 1 part confessional. I'm not sure if it's weird to share my blog post in here but what good is my big brave sharing of something that scares me if only my friends on here see it? So here goes nothing. This is my story of how I destroyed my health and then how I took it back: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/DefyGravity810/view/why-i-know-you-can-do-this-578635
