198 lbs and 5 ft 9.5 in ... actually just about 2 weeks ago. I am just a newbie with all this, and just at the beginning of my journey.

I probably was over 200 lbs at one point .. but I don't have any accurate information to support that.

My *highest* was 198, 5'6.5. That was from meds -- previously, averaged 130-145.

I lost 40 lbs of the meds gain a bunch of years ago, just by moving to a walkable city (seriously, that's all I did).

Regained 20 because of lifestyle factors/putting too much foodstuffs/liquids in my mouth.

Lost another 50 3 years ago. Was steady at 125-128 until recent injuries, which have led to a regain of 7 lbs. Trying to figure out how to drop that just by diet... which sucks, exercise was a big part of moderating appetite for me, and cutting cals without it means making dietary changes that make every day just a little bit more miserable. (Or would, if I could figure out how to do it! I like 2100 cals :( )
  • 258.8, 5'6. That's what motivated me to get my butt in gear and be serious about weight loss. I had been stuck at 250 for years, but within the past 3.5 months I've lost 23 lbs!
  • 197lbs @ 5'1! :/ Looking back at pictures I am ashamed...
