okay so i have begun c25k and eating normally
i wud like to know how much calories shall i eat to reduce weight during the programme and ofcourse after the programm when i start running on a more continuos basis
what were your calories??
i am24, 5feet 4 an d weight 184 pounds. (female)

Try setting your goals on the app... it will do the calories for you..0

On average, people burn about 100 calories per mile of running. However, everyone's calorie burn is different. Work out your TDEE and subtract either 5-25% and then you shouldn't have to worry about eating back running calories because you add in your exercise for the week.0

Since you're on MFP I'd suggest filling in your information and it will tell you exactly what to eat. Then you log your exercise as you do it.0

you can also use runkeeper, another free app that can now sync in with MFP, it tracks your runs for you through GPS and will tell you your cal burn, its pretty accurate0
