    Thanks for the welcomes!

    I have been on my diet programme since Jan this year.. but I have only recently joined a gym, about 6 weeks ago.
    I have a programme set up by my trainer and I have to say I am addicted :)

    Not losing the weight as much now but I seem to be losing inches.. its hard not to get deflated when i stand on the scales each wk. But I am determined to get to my target by xmas!
