Bad summer

Well every year the same, i work hard at getting to my goals throughout the winter and spring and the summer kills me, BBqing Wiser's deluxe and camping. The good news is that i only gained 23lbs of the 45 i lost, still down 20lb from this time last year.Started working out Sunday and eating healthy and down 4lbs already this week. So im very encouraged to get to my sub 200lb first time since 1984 high school weight.

You too! Once I actually fit into my high school jeans. Years after, and years from today. Goal is 190lbs by years end, or healthier and jacked. Don't matter, solid two week effort with supplements and diet. Noticing a difference already, motivation increasing everyday. I'm looking for MFP friends, need web support throughout the day. Diary entries are riddled with only my achievements, some new motivation would be a welcomed0
