Hi so i started this weight loss journey about a year ago i lost then gained back for about 6 months. I would get to a certain weight and stay there no matter what i did. It wasn't until about a month ago that i found my answer! I started Yoli Better body system! i lost all the weight i had gained back plus 16 inches
