rice ( now only twice a month )
coffee & tea ( I do )
home made yogurt ( several times a week )
salmon smoked or fresh ( I do when I can afford it at 200 pesos /20US$ the pound, it usually is not )
artesanal bread ( I don't right now, because it is a trigger food for me )
strong cheeses ( right now in extreme moderation, which without the bread is not too difficult ).0 -
