Can you freeze it? I can't eat a whole squash in one sitting..how do I store it so it doesn't go to waste?

You "can" freeze it but it does not reheat well and I advise against it. However, it does last in the fridge for about 2-3 days, up to 4 if you have some type of sauce on it (think of it as a preservative). My wife and I love spaghetti squash a ton. Yum!

I usually bake one up for me and whatever I don't eat I scrape out and put in a tupperwear and keep in the fridge. As someone else said, it'll keep in there for a couple days.

@tater8589 you should be able to find that at most grocers or farmers markets right now. I grew my own this year so I don't have to keep buying them :)

I went to 3 grocery stores and a farmer's market before I finally stopped in the last grocery store who had them. Geesh. Thanks for the replies.
