Pic...help with mummy tummy!!

Hi, I have had two babies in two years, gained 4 stone and unsurprisingly have zero confidence and an ugly body....what can I do to help this....

I have to do my exercise at home. I have DVDs (Jillian Michaels, tracy anderson post preg etc). I want to do some weight training too...what should I buy? And where can I find weight training info?

    Firstly, you definitely do not have an ugly body!

    Get yourself some free weights, there are thousands of weight lifting routines to follow on youtube for free. They will guide you through the basics of lifting.

    Although there is no such thing as fat spot reducing, you could work on your core strength to improve your posture by doing pilates.

    You can't spot reduce fat, you have to lose it all over to get rid of belly fat. Lifting will help strengthen muscles but a good diet will do the most.

    Monkey41 I'm awake you can't spot reduce fat...I wouldn't know where to start ...would know which 'spot' to choose first haha!
    My diet has been awful over the last few years ( vegetarian living on pasta/cheese/ready meals) I need a complete overhaul!!
