Lost it, Gained it, Stuck with it

2011-2012 I went from 230 to 191...which was big for me! Then I started beauty school and with all my money going to gas and eating with tip money it was mountain dew and chips for me. Every day. Even if I packed lunch it was everywhere and I caved in.

Now I'm done with school and I'm trying really hard to get this weight off. I do 30-45min cardio every other day, I do the weights, I'm detoxing with lemon/mint/cucumber water....the worst I've done is have an oatmeal cookie at work!

Sorry I'm not good at this and I'm stressing. I'm tired of being so big. Any advice/help?
