I just want to vent for a moment..okay, vent is too harsh. Maybe verbalize for a moment then.

I love reading the topics and love love to read the post from new people. I have been on her for close to 100 days and love it.
I am getting to the point where people notice. I had my aquatic bootcamp tonite and one of the girls who hasn't been with us for a month said she noticed I am losing weight...I felt so good I teared up. Silly I know.

Anyway. I cringe, and maybe it's just me, when people say just started a "diet". I don't see it. I eat healthy foods, whole grains, fresh veggies and fruits. I cook the right way and yet I get to eat everything I love. I don't miss a thing. I don't crave fried foods. I don't miss donuts or pastries. If I do have a craving, I may nibble. I get over it and carry on. My world does not end if I mess up.

I have found that I feel good and have more energy. I have quit smoking after 26 years.

So the short of it is...If one thinks it is a diet, one is prone to fail. Think of it as a lifestyle change and enjoy the ride.

Thanks for reading.
