Daylight Savings Time

My friends... think of taking advantage of daylight savings time... Get up early and get you a workout in... Think of it as a 1 hr cushion... NO NOT PILLOW CUSHION!... I challenge you to act like daylight savings time didn't happen... Get up at your regular time and get you a good workout in...
If you been searching for some time... its coming... don't sleep it away :yawn:

    Daylight savings just came into effect here... but I lost an hour!!!! So instead of it being 7am its 6am!!!!
