I do a 5x5 three times a week. Takes me about 45-50 mins to finish my workout. My cardio is cycling 8 miles to and from work about 35 mins a day. I squeeze in 5 mile power walks a few times a week too, so I can eat more food :3

Currently I'm doing a 4 day split, usually takes me 70-90 minutes.
    No cardio

3 days a week lifting, 1 of those days (back day) I will add in a little cardio HIIT afterwards, then 1 other day (different day) I will do some other form of cardio, but I keep everything to about 3 days of 45 minutes of lifting, and 2 days of 20 minutes cardio.

Most of the heavy lifting girls are following specific programs such as either Stronglifts or NROLFW. Try one of those.

Nope, not guilty. 4 day split here.

Same. I myself am a big fan of Jim Stoppani. Haven't met one of his programs I didn't like.

Some of mine are upwards of 90 minutes- most are 45-60 minutes depending on if I'm doing a high volume day - or a day with 2 heavy lifts or a whole routine.

I'm not following any program- I do whatever whenever. I have lots of upper body issues- so I rotate through a lot of lower body and back stuff (I can do lots of pulling- but very little pushing)

I typically work out heavy 4-6 times a week I dance 3-4 times a week and I rarely do cardio unless I"m cutting for something specific.

Six days a week, 45-60 minutes, different muscle group each day.

Almost zero cardio. I biked 10 minutes yesterday morning only because my calves felt stiffer than usual and I wanted to wake up quicker before going to work.
