I'm a newbie, I'm a 34 year old guy who weighs 116.2kg (around 18.2 stone), I joined a gym about two months ago and feel the benefits in terms of feeling better about myself both in a fitter and muscular manner but I want to lose weight and I'm using my fitness pal to help me keep tabs on my daily food intake. Hoping this will help me in my goal to drop to at least 15 stone. Any advice or tips for me would be appreciated as I am also a diabetic.

Hi im also new, joined just today good luck for your journey stay strong and im sure there will be alot of useful advise from some people on here, im just getting into the swing of things so my advice is to try and stay focused on my goal.0
