What's on your workout playlist

I'm in serch of some good, fast, workout music to put on my MP3 player. My current playlist is getting old. I like fast paced music (Techno, Industrial) for Cardio, and harder rock for strength training. (Disturbed, Ministry, Etc.)

Anyone have any god music I may not be thinking of?

My recent download was The Prodigy - "The Fat of The Land" (no pun intended :laugh: ) Good, fast techno for your cardio, really gets the blood pumping!

    I listen to Japanese Rock music and some of it is quite techno. There are a few really fast paced songs that I love to workout to.
