single moms support- week 1

Alright so today my goal is to drink 10 sips of water every time I want to eat when I am "not hungry" (in between meals, in other words...) I should be drinking a lot of water today :)

Some thoughts for today:

*Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present*

*Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.*

*Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.*

Today is a new day.....

    Love the thoughts, I try to remind myself of the same everyday.....one day at a time ladies!! :0) Have a blessed day! And drink your water!!! I'm up to about 70 ounces a day!! :drinker:
