I am so confused. How can it be that I have dropped pounds and not inches? Is this possible?

Completely possibly. You're just losing from places you don't measure. I haven't lost a single inch.0

I'm sure everyone is different but I find the weeks I plateau on the weight front are the weeks my body composition changes, and people comment on the fact that I look smaller. To be honest it's a great boost on a week you don't loose! It took my first 30lbs before I started to notice a real difference in my body shape (in places I was measuring, I lost in places I didn't measure first) so keep up the good work!0
