Does anybody else struggle to reach their calorie goal? Sometimes I am 200 under. But I don't starve myself or deny myself. I don't want to eat for the sake of it.

I noticed most days you're under by 50-80 calories on average and have plenty of days where you are over by 180 calories peppered in.

    It's probably a wash.

If you can't meet a paltry 1200 calorie goal, you probably don't meet your dietary fat requirements either...which is an essential part of your nutrition and a balanced diet. You need more than just a bunch of veg and fruit....mas grasa porfavor...

I would also suspect that your are protein deficient as well...

I've got two responses to this. The first is my standard every time this topic comes up. The second inevitably gets said whenever this topic comes up and I figured I'd get it out of the way early:

    1. There is nothing I have ever had that couldn't have one of the following added to it: Cheese, butter, oil, cream, mayo, peanut butter.

    2. If you can't eat up to 1200 calories, how did you ever get yourself into the situation where you need to lose weight in the first place?
