Hello,
My new trainer told me to start eating a minimum of 1700 per day to 2100 calories max. It seems like sooooo much to me :drinker: , but he says it's because of weight training. I do weight training 4 times per week. I just feel a little nervous that I wont lose weight . Anyone in the same boat? or advise ?

listen. do not be afraid. I'm scared to! when your body is using so much energy to work out it will need the calories! go add "monster tone" she's my mom. lost 55 lbs so far. she has been weight lifting. that's her passion now. she loves it. she has slimmed down so much! but because she is doing so much intense things, she is eating almost 3000 calories a day! and still losing successfully and still getting stronger. just go with it. you'll see. =]0

My advice.... Eat all the food!0 -

Hi, I just really started weight training on the regular and I think he's right. I do at least 1500 calories a day and the past 5 days I have lost 5.6 lbs. I'm not complaining but my weight has never moved off that fast 3 months into trying to become more healthy.0 -
What's your BMR and your TDEE?
