Had my very first quest bar today and almost 3 hours later I still feel bloated...is that normal? I have tried a couple other protein bars but they had nowhere the amount of fiber these do...

That used to happen to me as well after I ate the bars and it still does. You just have to remember to drink
a lot of water after eating the bar. It really helps.
Another thing that helps is that if you heat up the bar in the microwave for about 15 seconds or bake it at 400 degrees for a
couple minutes. If you warm the bars up or bake them you should feel less bloated or not bloated at all!
So try drinking lots of water after or warm up /bake the bars!0 -
If I don't drink enough water with bars, I will definitely bloat. I usually drink a 16 oz. bottle of water.0
