    I made these and they were a hit!

    I didn't use any oil, used apple sauce instead. I couldn't find pumpkin pie spice so used apple pie spice instead. Other than that I stuck to the original recipe. 16 muffins was way too much for me and my tempting taste buds so I brought them into work. Everyone loved them.

    Yeah, I really only make them for parties and things now too. Too much temptation. I think I'm gonna try them with applesauce and splenda next week.
