Give me exercise ideas please (joys of pelvic rest)

I had my Mirena put in on Wednesday and I am barred from intense exercises including my barbell (I've already told it how much I miss it), jogging and my DDR (requires jumping). She okayed dumbell curls and light walking. .. I've got two weeks. What other upper body things could I do with this dumbell, I was told seated. I do bent over rows too. Please halp! Two weeks is eternity!

  • How about swimming? is that not allowed? If it is, it burns a lot of calories. you can also use bands to build muscle in your arms/chest/back through resistance.
