I am not new to mfp but stopped logging and kinda fell off the wagon for awhile due to stressful job. I would love to find some friends that are into lifting and eating healthy. Thought about competing but maybe need a push. Help a old gal out.

I started lifting this past spring, I do an AB split program that focuses on compound lifts.
When I first started lifting, I wasn't logging faithfully and was eating a bit too much. I gained some weight. I've cut back on my calories now and have lost a pant size and have a very different body now! I have a lot to lose but I LOOK like I workout. My body is much more firm and I am starting to see muscle, especially in my shoulders and back. Seeing success in the mirror and in my clothes has kept me on track for a a few weeks now.

Hey there :-) I lift heavy a couple times a week and have been doing lighter, high-rep weightlifting circuits a couple times a week as well. I'm not a cardio-phobe by any means (love cycling and even run from time to time), but heavy lifting is pretty much the foundation of my current exercise philosophy. I am very inspired and motivated by other women that eat and train well, so let's be friends!**

I Love lifting, Been doing so for over 2 years now, feel free to add me, I maintain a super healthy diet- although my calories may seem a little scary at first but well I need them to maintain the lifestyle I live - My diary is open for viewing- and although I may not always log, i tend to keep a weekly long log and miss out week ends because well a girls gotta relax and enjoy time off...
