122lbs lost

I've lost 122lbs and i'm still looking to lose more. I tried to completely cut all of that low fat and diet food. I feel eating real food and less processed has worked wonders. Whole grain,Natural, and organic. I eat a dannon light greek everyday though. with 12g of protein how can you pass that up!

    great job lady. and yes!!! those are my favorite yogurts as well. i eat one for breakfast probably 4-5 days a week. :) you look beautiful.
