I just had a baby five months ago now I'm ready to loose weight and stay healthy but it's very hard. I would love to read other people's accomplishments and how they stay motivated through their journey. Maybe we can keep each other motivated.

I take measures every two weeks and weight myself every saturday morning, it helps me track my progress and progress keeps me motivated, no matter how little or big the change is.

I had my daughter 3 years ago...and I finally have gotten the motivation to lose weight. Being overweight my whole life, it's been a struggle, but I'm finally doing something to change it. Be proud that you are taking the initiative early!
I'm still in the early stages of my lifestyle change, Been at it for going on 3 weeks now, but I've already walked 13 miles (I walk about 1-2 miles a day if possible) and lost 2 lbs. Doesn't seem like a lot, but it's a lot to me..
