I've started physical therapy and I don't know how to add it as an exercise. For now it is very light movement of the legs doing four exercises and takes about 10 minutes.
The exercises are called "Rapid Release for the Seated Worker" if that helps anyone recognize it.

I do PT also and I made my own entry using calories burned doing yoga. I felt that most closely matched it because we are holding a position for X number of minutes just like yoga.0
