Looking to use an app on my phone to sync with mfp. I have Endomondo and RunKeeper on my Android. Pro's and Con's to each of these apps please. Thanks!

I've looked into fitbit and plan on using it but I just can't get it now. Want to try out free apps first while I'm getting back into this lifestyle! :)

I LOVE Runkeeper - it's easy to use, beautiful display, it keeps track of different things, you can take pictures - what I've been doing is every time I'm out I take at least one picture of something interesting - last night took a picture of a toad. I have a nice gallery of things I've seen while I'm out and about - whether is walking, running, biking...

I also use jawbone UP bracelet (not free).

What about the newest addition to the MFP family, Sworkit? Plenty of routines and it synchronises with MFP letting you know how many calories you've burned.

I absolutely love Endomondo. I love the fact that in syncs with MFP. I love the fact that it gives me all my stats, You can do more that just a basic workout, you can set distance or calorie goals as well.
I have only had it not sync with MFP once or twice and I have had it almost a year. I actually paid for the pro version for even more data on my stats and a little more info on the online part of it..

I have never used runkeeper but I know people like it. I just don't know what kind of stats and feedback you get from the runkeeper.

I use Endomondo for tracking treadmill, walking and hiking sessions. It is fantastic. I also download the tracks from my hikes from the Endomondo site and upload them to AllTrails.com for other hikers to use.

I love Sworkit for tracking strength training and stretching. It is so worth it since you don't have to sit down and log each exercise. Just follow the routine and when you are done, it pushes it right over to MFP. The Pro version has extra routines including the "Seven Minute Workout" which intrigues me. Well worth the ninety-nine cents.
