Just found this & so far I love it.

  • Welcome! The only real tip is to be DILIGENT! Even if you cheat, be sure to log your eating. The site won't yell at you for not making your goals, and it will help you get a realistic assessment of what you need to do. Also, invite friends to join too, or just friend people from these forum posts. The community provides great encouragement to do what you need to do! Good luck!

    I am just learning my way around this site also and have found it to be a very useful site. I am focusing on getting in the habit of logging in my food each day & then working on getting in the habit of exercising. Trying to do it in baby steps.
