Hello to all!
I have decided that the best way to look at this is to make this a lifestyle change, NOT a diet. Diet to me is a 4 letter word! One I dispise! So, here I go once again to hopefully end the vicious cycle of yoyo dieting. Looking forward to the support from all the fellow people here on this site! Good luck to you all! Life is a journey!
