Super Challenge Option: You might remember this from the last few months… my very good friend once wrote to me, “I see your 100 push-ups and I raise you 100 squats and 100 sit-ups.” I said, “you’re crazy,” but I accepted. Basically, we did 10 push-ups (any kind still counts), rolled over and did 10 sit-ups (or crunches if you prefer), and then 10 squats. Repeat for a total of 10 sets. If you’re really feeling inspired, a few months ago, one of MFP friends raised us 10 30-second planks. Show us how strong you are this weekend!

    Well, I'm going to attempt this one. I'll come back on tomorrow to let you know how many actually got accomplished. I have an arm that gives me fits so we shall see.

    I am in. I am doing my first 5K tomorrow and am not suppose to do any cardio today and am going crazy. I can only do my push-ups on an incline. I usually do 20 a day so this will really push me to keep going all day long and all tomorrow. I am going to challenge you back to do 100 bicycle crunches!!

    I've done 2 sets of 25 push ups (inclined) and 2 sets of 25 of crunches. argh!
