I completed a 51 mile bike ride to help raise money for the Delaware Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. I would not have been able to do this last year and I'm so happy to help raise money and awareness for this terrible disease.

11am-5pm, 6 hours, but we stopped about every 12 miles at the rest stops to re-fuel.0
