hey guys.
I'm doing focus t25 right now, and I'm following the nutrition guide (Shakeology for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a MyVictory meal replacement shake for dinner, and some snacks).

But in the weekends, me and my family go out a lot and eat good food and I can't resist to get the food.
I just came back from Buffalo wing place, and ate so much :(.

Tomorrow am I going to gain pounds?

I'm in week 4 of focus t25, and I was 181 in the beginning and toady I was 174.

What should I do

Just keep at what your doing. At times when you know you will be going out with family, try to exercise a little more than usual, drink plenty of water (especially if you're going to indulge in salty food) or even skip snacks if you can manage it. I pretty much go out a lot with friends and it helps that I'm on Intermittent Fasting coz I can eat all my 1300 calories in just one meal if I want to.

I am completely unfamiliar with almost everything you just said. MyVictory, Shakeology, and t25 wat...

That is the sort of thing that kept me fat for so long - fads and trends, bandwagons everyone's jumping on...

Sorry to be willfully ignorant, but I really like eating regular food and counting calories. I kinda thought that was what most people on MFP do.

It sounds like you have a lot of replacement meals rather than actual food throughout the week. Whenever I do that my weekends are rife with pizza, beer, wings and then completely collapse into a haze of Jameson shots and taco bell at 3am. Can you say shame?

Something may need to shift into the realm of actual food. If/when you feel deprived, you may have a stronger likelihood of the up and down wagon. Maybe it would be a good idea to trade out a few of those shakes for veggies, lean meat and some rice or potato...

But hey - those are just suggestions. Good luck to you, whatever path you choose!
