How to lose weight: eat less and exercise more.

What on earth do you need 'supplements' for?? By all means take vitamins and use protein powders if you so wish but magic weightloss pills??

Uhh... respect your body and yourself and do it the old fashioned way. Any quick weightloss 'tricks' or 'crash diets' will only result in you putting the weight straight back on the second you come off them... if you want to keep the weight off you're going to have to put in the hard work.

food supplements dont work.. eat less food or eat less junk food. Calories in vs Calories out.. supplements are the biggest waste of money around and wont help the most critical factor in loosing weight.. a change of mindset and the way you approach food.

Supplements dont teach you to go from emotional eating to eating with a purpose.. carb blockers, acai berry tablets or fat burners arent going to imbue you with the nutritional knowledge required to achieve the results you want.

    massive hater of supplements lol

    ^^^ This

A caloric deficit is how you lose weight. Think of how governments work, spending more money that they take in; the difference is that you have the energy "banked" in your fat cells - as you expend more than you consume your fat becomes fuel.

You may want to consider a multivitamin as a way of ensuring you're not missing out on vitamins and minerals.

Generally speaking most diet aids will have the wording "when used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise" ----> you're doing all the hard work, they're putting your money in their bank account. Many will also have a caveat "these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA...." which may mean the "supplement" may be anywhere from ineffective to dangerous for some people.
