Fitbit Flex set up error

I've been trying to set up my fitbit flex, but the set up program keeps shutting down. I have only been able to get as far as a login. Can anyone give me some tips?!

  I bought my fitbit yesterday, and same thing was happening to me. It was a pain in the whatsit! I got it set up eventually after many tries.
