Hi - I'm in the UK but in Cheshire so not close enough to meet up but happy to be a pal through here. I'm 48 and been on here since February and like you aware that the "big 50" is fast approaching and didn't want to be "big" myself. there is also a UK Group in the groups part of the community page you could join

Hi

I am also from Scotland have been registered with MFP for a while but have not loged on for ages Have decide (yet again) it is time to do something about my weight and have been logging on everyday and keeping my diary up to date. I have quite a lot of weight to lose (3 stone) so would be keen to keep in touch with you all for some motivation.
