Quick and healthy recipes anyone?

Hi guys,

My name is Daisy im 23 years old and Im trying to loose weight for the first time the PROPER way. Before i thought if you just exercise for 30 min 3x a week without caring what i eat that it would work...obviously did not.
So now i trying to watch what i eat while still exercising 45min 3-4x/week.

My problem is i need quick and healthy snacks and recipes i can make and take to work for lunch. I have searched online and i watch Dr.Oz who has great recipes but most of these healthy recipes recall for expensive ingredients and sometimes many i cant find around here. Spending a lot of money on fancy ingredients is not my thing.

Do you guys have some suggestions with healthy ingredients i can easily find and that are not that expensive?
I tried juicing diet...not so great...i spend lots on fruit and veggies and after 2 glasses i get hungry again in 2 hours..
Im not a picky eater so whatever you suggest ill try. Or if you know a website i can look that would be great too!
