What equipment do you have available?
Are you trying to reduce fat there and tighten the area?0 -
Depends on what stuff you have available and what you mean by "back" and "side". You cannot spot reduce, but you can strengthen muscles.0

I just like a balance ball is really it. I just want to tighten and strengthen.0

Some Yoga poses are suppose to be good for your sides. I would also say some abs exercises would be good for your sides. I do side crunches standing in like a jump and jack formation. holding 25 lbs. Then bend down to one side and do like a side crunch. Not sure if this exercise has a real name. Back exercises would be like upper arm/back exercises. Working your arms and shoulders would also be helping your back. You would need some free weights to do some of this... unless you have like some weighted balls or something you could lift. BTW... I am not a pro at weight lifting. I learned most what I know from internet or my husband, who actually is pretty experienced. He worked out played college football. He has continued working out in gyms and in our home gym ever since!0
