100 days - 62 pounds w/ pix

Yes, I know, very aggressive. Only a couple pounds from my goal.

I did this by:
1. Strict diet. No fried food, no junk food, no pizza, ice cream etc. Replaced all meats with grilled chicken, turkey or fish. ANd lean cut deli meats. I rarely ate more then 1200 calories and I didnt eat my calories back from exercise.
2. Exercise: I jogged 325 miles in August and am on track for 325 in September. I am training for a marathon in October.
3. I also credit shakeology for a healthy breakfast every day and reducing cravings.
