100 days - 62 pounds w/ pix

Yes, I know, very aggressive. Only a couple pounds from my goal.
I did this by:
1. Strict diet. No fried food, no junk food, no pizza, ice cream etc. Replaced all meats with grilled chicken, turkey or fish. ANd lean cut deli meats. I rarely ate more then 1200 calories and I didnt eat my calories back from exercise.
2. Exercise: I jogged 325 miles in August and am on track for 325 in September. I am training for a marathon in October.
3. I also credit shakeology for a healthy breakfast every day and reducing cravings.
I just have face pix for now.

This was me in April at sons graduation.

How much did you weigh initially and did you strength train at all? If you ate 1200 calories/day and exercised ontop you must have been netting below 1k/day?0

I started at 225. No strength training, all cardio.
Havent looked at what I am netting, but take yesterday for example - 1100 calories consumed, 15 miles jogged.0
