How much sodium r u taking in? For every 400 mg of sodium that's 2lbs of water weight. U don't want to go over 1500 mg a day. And there's no way u could be in starvation mode eating 1600 calories a day.0

What? Where exactly did you get that (not real) figure? Sodium does not really cause much water retention. Potassium can also cause some water retention, as water is retained and released to maintain the electrolyte balance. It's a constant process, and there's no set number based on straight consumption, because that doesn't take into account the amounts being lost.How much sodium r u taking in? Not to mention the other thousand causes of water retention (muscle repair, glycogen storage, digestion, and on and on and on...)0
