One small thing...

What one small thing are you going to try differently this week to try and make an impact on your weight loss goal?

I'm going to start counting the calories in my coffee. I have the odd shop-bought latte and don't really count it. Also, I have sachets of latte that you make yourself. These still have calories. Hopefully, this will make a difference....

  • I've even updated my food diary to have a "drinks" section, rather than the standard "snacks" bit where I usually put them.

    Thanks you too! I changed mine to 7-12, 12-4, 4-7, 7-12, alcohol and treats from the standard MFP settings. Found this has helped me too.
