    Sara, one of the things I find most inspiring about you is that you're a total badass. Everybody sees it and respects it. And, for you, it's about the struggle. It's about everything you've overcome. I think that's one of the (many, many) reasons why the women of MFP can relate to you so much.

    This might go over like a lead balloon, but I was frustrated as hell at doctors who only said what kind of limits I had and what I should avoid, rather than how to fix my problems.
