I've had a few operations that are close to a c-section my incisions were much larger. None the less. I'm probably dealing with the same problems.
If you want to get technical, you really can't tone anywhere.
You can add muscle by exercise, which in the abdominal area is really pointless if you have fat there as it will only make the fat seem worse as it lays on top of the muscle.
Or you can lose fat by eating at a deficit.

In order of effectiveness, according to most studies:
1. eat at a calorie deficit
2. do vigorous cardio often
3. do full body strength training
You can't choose where you lose. For an explanation, google "spot reduction myth".0 -
Thanks for all the help.0
