    Wow! Awesome job on the weight loss and quitting those nasty cigarettes! You look beautiful and I know you must feel better too. It's been 20 years since I quit smoking and I still say it's the best thing I've ever done for myself.

    You're setting a great example for your child. You two look so great in that picture at the pool.
