Looking for support - to lose 50 pounds/24kg

Hi, I'm from New Zealand, 30 years old - I'm not new...but haven't really been focused too much. Looking forward to adding some friends for support & inspiration.

I came in here to avoid the temptation of eating some cake! :tongue:

    I know our time zones are a bit different I live north of Boston. But I will certainly give you as much support as I possibly can I'm starting my journey over as well!

    Welcome! I am in the same situation got about 50 lbs I definitely want to lose and those cravings are the worst!
    My sore spot though is bread and lots of it.
