Favourite tastes and textures

Food is mainly tastes, textures and presentation. I eat such a wide variety of foods I'm trying to identify what I actually crave. Do I like a food purely because of the taste or the texture and how can I choose better foods that have that?

My favourite tastes: chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, coriander, BBQ

Textures: marshmallow, soft ice cream, bread, brownie, perfectly ripe banana, crispy skin, thick cream

    Creamy/dairy is my favorite: yogurt, pudding, ice cream, sour cream, cream cheese, cheese, custard, cream, milk - love them all!

    Salty-sweet crunchy. Chocolate covered bacon, pretzels, chips, apples on saltiness, bacon crumbled in my sweetened cream of wheat...stuff like that
