Blew it today

Every time I make some ground, I lose it and then some.

How do you handle the days when you just plain screw it all up (again)?

Yep...what they said. Stop calling it "blowing it"...that is grossly negative!!! Cut your daily calories down a tad then plan to eat whatever the heck you want one meal a week - ON PURPOSE! It is planned in so you can stop feeling guilty! the trick is to plan it around your social calendar...baby shower on Tuesday? EAT then stick with your plan the rest of the week...nothing big going on during the week - even better - that's PIZZA or WINGS on Friday night with a drink or two and fries and dessert. Usually I feel so icky from all the fat and sodium that I LOOK FORWARD to getting right back on the pony Saturday morning, with a little extra work out time.

Really - I was the worlds biggest guilt girl and it has simply poofed into thin air along with my weight. RETHINK your plan...and drop the guilt.

Set small achievable goals that are easier to reach. Trying to eat the apple in one gulp typically leads to setbacks and frustration. Find a weekly goal and find success in meeting that each week.
