I'm a Newbie

Hey! I'm new here and looking for ways to shed weight quickly. I suffer from a condition that causes my body to have unbearable allergic reactions when my body temperature changes too fast [Normally caused by the natural environment/weather/temp]. In my own home it is not as bad, so I'm looking for advice on home workouts [that don't involve machines because I'm broke]. If you can help please add me ◕ u ◕!!!

    Hello.kristina here:) .download some pilates videos or get some at the store....it doesnt make u sweat or get over heated but,is a good workout .try it:) it creates longer limbs and stronger toned body..hope this helps
  • ◕ o ◕ Alright I'll see if I can find some to download. I'm alright with a heavier workout as well as long as it is indoors, also isn't sweating needed? My Gym teachers always told me "If you're not sweating and not feeling the burn than you're not burning calories"
